Covenant Human Services (CHS) Inc, is a licensed Home and Community Based Support (HCBS) service for persons with disabilities aged 18 and above. We’re a “client-centered”, culturally responsive, and holistic-minded agency. We are guided by WHAT IS IMPORTANT TO the CLIENTS versus WHAT IS IMPORTANT FOR THEM. Our services are client-led and directed, while we provide the necessary support to enable them to achieve their goals.
